Parenting Through Divorce is a "resilience resource" designed to strengthen and sustain family processes during divorce. This program provides engaging, accessible and flexible online learning that will increase parents' knowledge and awareness of divorce-related factors that affect children. 

In this three-module program, parents learn specific skills to:

• manage and reduce stress.
• manage and reduce conflict with their co-parent.
• rebuild their families.

In each session, parents:

• watch a short, realistic video that shows ineffective responses to common challenges and then models effective responses.
• are guided through a series of interactive learning activities based on the video models. Activities help parents master practical  skills that are immediately useful.
• use self-assessments, journaling and structured home practice to adapt and personalize their new skills.
